General Accountant

*** Job brief
We are looking for a general ledger accountant who can prepare journal entries, reconcile financial statements and accounts, and ensure data accuracy. He/She will work with management in other departments including sales operations, production, research and administration. Candidate needs to be detail-oriented, organized, and accurate. Experienced with tax finalization, good tax knowledge
*** Responsibilities
• Entering financial data such as accruals, deferrals, reclassifications, and interdepartmental entries into the ledger on a monthly basis, as well as preparing management reports and tã report.
• Timely entering financial data and transactions into the ledger
• Collaborating with other departments to complete accurate records and provide accounting support
• Coordinate with other departments to obtain transaction information, research reconciling items, and resolve issues
• Performing audits on financial data to assure its accuracy and truthfulness.
• Performing account analysis to ensure that journal entries and balances are correct.
