General Accountant

- The General Accountant to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities. General Accountant's responsibilities include establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting information.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Overview a set of accounting activities to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, corporate policies, and external audits;
● Checking payment request to make sure its comply with company policy and current regulation before pay to Vendor and booking into system in your allocate tasks;
● Gross review the AR, AP functions, monthly closing of accounts;
● Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing financial reports or statements;
● Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles;
● Supervising, tracking, and evaluating day-to-day activities. His/her responsibilities include setting financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting information;
● Coordinate and complete annual audits;
● Provide recommendations;
● Perform tax reports, financial reports as current regulations;
● Update new tax regulations, compare and brief any change and impact to our business (When necessary);
● Coordinate forecast budgeting;
● Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions;
● Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy;
● Meet financial accounting objectives;
● Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions;
● Other tasks assigned by line Manager.
