General Accountant

1/ General responsibilities
- Review Daily, weekly, monthly collection report, reconcile with billing report.
- Review all AR journals, analyse AR reports (weekly AR report, monthly AR Ageing report,)
- Review invoice posting with correct cost center and dimension before process payment on daily basic.
- Check AP balances and advances to vendors, review reconciliation and confirmation of vendor accounts every month, review and analyse AP Ageing report monthly basic.
- Prepare and manage prepaid payment amortization, rental deposit.
- Manage revenue allocation, reconcile unearned revenue account, and deposit from students.
- Review all Fixed Asset (FA) transactions and depreciation before posting in the system, prepare monthly FA report and any required reconciliation of FA costs and depreciation.
- Review all other Journal entries and prepare the monthly Trial Balance Prepare monthly Campus report and Committed report;
- Assist the Chief Accountant in preparing Management reports, and Statutory reports, Statistic report, Budget and rolling forecast reports.
- Support CA to supervise and train AR and AP team.
- Liaise with auditor on Tax audits, internal and external audit.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Chief Accountant from time to time.
2/ Benefit schedule for the role as below:
- Salary: negotiation, 2 months of probation will be fully paid
- Working hour: from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5 pm
- Venue: 246 Nguyen Van Huong, Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc City
- SI, HI, UI as regulation (10,5% on gross salary); medical insurance from Generali
- At least 20 days of annual leave plus 3 personal days.
