General Accountant

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Core Competency is the demonstrated ability to carry out the primary responsibilities of the job which should be reflected in the essential duties section of the job description:
Finance:
Import and check all accounts to system.
Cost control
Confirm all transactions must be specified and consistencies
Update cost on system to report
Analyzing P&L
Analyzing A.R and A.P
Sales report chanel MT, GT, EC, Shop
Follow up and check allocation of cost
Payable + Receivable accountant
Checking Sales contract quotations of sales
Write red bills for customers and argument units on system
Import return products of customers
Import Warehouse
Track and compare receivable debts of each customer (MT Channel, GT, EC, Shop)
Monitor timely transactions on the system (receipts TM and bank sales)
Compare and liquidation contract
Checking inventory
Arranging payables payable for customers
Prepare report
Follow and report for GD.
Tax reporting
Support preparing Tax Report
Import all imported documents into Misa system
Enter the cost of each UBL service
Import return products for each customer
Write and check bills

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS include the following:
1. Graduated major Finance Accounting/ Accounting
2. Good communication in Vietnamese
3. Strong ability in finance analysis
