- MyTeam is seeking a General Accountant to join our team. This requires an advanced understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles and practices. The role will be working in the Accounting & Admin team.
- This position is responsible for timely and accurate processing of accounting transactions; overseeing general accounting operations, managing account entries, documents, payments and finances for the company; providing Manager with monthly management reports of the Vietnam entity and yearly financial reports (VAS and IFRS) and annual audits.

* Duties and Responsibilities
* Accounting & Finance
- Collaborate with accounting service firm to support bookkeeping and preparing tax declaration and finalization periodically on time;
- Check and make sure all invoices are booked as appropriate;
- Review AP Payment supporting documents, especially payment with multiple installments;
- Prepare Payment Memo for suppliers, employees claim, tax payment, etc. to send for approval;
- Monitor payment schedule and supplier due date;
- Validate the work or service that has been rendered before processing payment;
- Make e-banking payments;
- Prepare the cash-flow forecasting and projections (monthly/quarterly/yearly) under assignments;
- Prepare and update monthly cash reports;
- Record transactions in the accounting system and maintaining a timely and accurate database;
- Check month-end accounts reconciliation;
- Check inventories transactions with relevant departments and make required reports monthly;
- Check payroll sheets, insurances, PIT accurately;
- Make and review tax declarations (VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT) in compliance with VAS;
- Conduct monthly management reports as per requirement;
- Coordinate with the project manager team to arrange timely payment;
- Yearly report on the financial accounts under requirements of VAS and IFRS;
- Perform year-end accounts reconciliation;
- Implement and maintain the accounting system, all ledgers and all tax declarations (VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT);
- Coordinate financial audits and liaising with external auditors;
- Support in Tax declaration (VAT, CIT) and VAT return process;
- Monitor the accounts and activities of the Company for any types of errors or mistakes and then raising any such incident for immediate action to the supervisor;
* Operations & management: Collaborate with the HR/Admin team to manage daily office operations, which include, but are not limited to:
- Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and workspace organization;
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to streamline operations;
- Purchase and manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities for uninterrupted function, identify needs and acquire supplies, manage vendor relationships.;
- Generate and manage contracts with suppliers / customers in relation to administrative activities;
- Liaise between the company and third-party vendors and service providers;
- Liaise with external stakeholders and government offices for paperwork processing and other administrative matters;
- Assist in planning and running company events and team activities.
- Perform ad hoc tasks for GM and Manager as required.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's in business, finance, accounting, or related field preferred plus equivalent experience;
- At least 3-5+ YOE in Accountant, General Accountant or position related, etc;
- Proven experience of HR/ Admin is a plus;
- Proven knowledge of knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements;
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English (both written and spoken);
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Hardworking, honest, enthusiastic;
- Positive mindset and can-do attitude are highly preferred.
- At least 3-5+ YOE in Accountant, General Accountant or position related, etc;
