General Accountant

Job Responsibilities
Perform general accounting activities and ensure all accounting transactions are recorded accurately in accordance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS).
Handle project accounting tasks and support project financial activities when required.
Prepare and submit tax declarations, including VAT, Corporate Income Tax (CIT), and Personal Income Tax (PIT).
Coordinate with Project Accountants to calculate and declare taxes for foreign contractors and subcontractors.
Provide tax guidance and consultation to internal departments, project teams, and foreign contractors.
Support tax audits and annual tax finalization in compliance with applicable regulations.
Review and reconcile revenue, expenses, and accounting entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Prepare management reports, financial reports, and support cash flow monitoring and financial analysis.
Assist in project costing and cost analysis.
Prepare statutory financial statements and supporting schedules.
Liaise with external auditors, internal auditors, and government authorities during audits and inspections.
Continuously improve accounting processes, internal controls, and financial procedures.
Perform other accounting-related duties assigned by the Line Manager.
