Objective of role:
Coordinate operations and operations in the office to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
Detailed responsibilities/accountabilities
General management: supervision, management of facilities, sanitation, security, working with the management board on people arising related to the house operation.

Making monthly payments: administrative costs, office-related fees
Follow up, work with Purchasing team to order Stationery, office supplies.
Copy, store and preserve records and related contract documents.
Collecting documents, requesting at the end of the month, making reports
Receive calls through the switchboard and connect the phone/mail call machines to the relevant department.
Then receive customers, partners to survey units, guide them to specific points.
The magistrate certainly supports the security of the office by monitoring the entry and exit of customers.
