Duties:
1. Administrative Tasks:
- Oversee various administrative tasks within the company including office and shops, ensuring smooth operations.
- Managing office/shops supplies, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and handling travel arrangements.
- Handling contract signed, administrative paperwork and documentation, including monitor and ensure contracts is fully signed and transfer to responsible party.
- Receiving and categorizing incoming mail and phone calls.
- Managing company stamps and seals.
- Work closely with project manager for maintaining company and shop assest.
2. Business Procedures:
- Monitoring office and store expenses, including car fuel, tolls, and telephone, internet costs.
- Handling business registration and office dissolution procedures.
3. Planning and Coordination:
- Organizing meetings and internal events for employees.
- Coordinating internal communication and ensuring smooth operations.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies
- Works closely with different departments to understand their requirements and ensure effective coordination.
4. Facilities Management:
- Take care of office facilities, ensuring a comfortable and efficient working environment for employees
Requirement:
- Female, university graduated;
- At least 2 years experience
- Fluent in English
- Good at Microsoft Office
- Attention to accuracy and detail required.
