• Manage and oversee all aspects of all human resources including:
- Recruitment and selection process
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, policies
- Maintain labor relations. Ensure a bridge between management and employees
- Build and maintain a system of evaluation, training, and development of human resources
- Develop and maintain compensation & benefits systems.
- Advise leaders and department heads on human resources/organizational development issues.
• Manage administrative tasks for the factory.
• Organize, inspect, and supervise activities related to occupational safety and hygiene, fire safety, explosion prevention, and the environment
• Deploy regulations - legal standards and customer social responsibility to relevant departments and ensure all factory production and business activities comply with requirements.
• Manage health care and monitor occupational diseases for all employees in the factory
• Other tasks carried out by the Board of Directors' requirement
