Summary of Job Description
This position is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations at the Ho Chi Minh City (HCM) office to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. The role includes coordinating preparation and support for expatriates, ensuring all necessary arrangements are handled effectively. It also manages office leasing services and oversees outsourced vendors related to office operations and travel services, ensuring quality and cost efficiency. In addition, the role is responsible for planning and organizing company events and internal parties, contributing to a positive and engaging workplace environment.
Job Descriptions
Major Duties:
• Manage the daily operation of Office (HCMO)
• Preparation works for new Expatriates and Trainees.
• Manage Immigration process for Expatriates and families, and Trainee.
• Manage Landlord service for HCM Office.
• Outsource service management for Traveling service and Others
• PIC for all events of MMV (organized by General Affairs)
Minor Duties:
• Support for postage process in HCMC
• Receptionist at HCM Office (2-3 hours per working day)
• Proceed Kaizen activities (process, daily operation and others)
Yêu cầu
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in related fields
• Experience: Having at least 3 years experience at General Affairs or in a related area
• Knowledge: Office Administration Procedures. Company car management, Fixed asset/Facilities management. Event Organization.
• Skills: Master of microsoft office, data entry & management, problem solving skills, strong verbal/written communication skills, teamwork, analysis/reporting and presentation skills.
• Others: Sufficiently in using Modern Tools: familiarity with AI tools for scheduling/task tracking, along with platforms. Organization & Time Management
