Summary of Job Description
This role is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations at the Ho Chi Minh City (HCM) office to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment. Key responsibilities include managing office facilities, coordinating maintenance and repair services, and overseeing insurance services to ensure compliance and coverage. The position also handles company vehicle management and daily transportation arrangements. In addition, this role leads the planning and execution of company events and internal parties, ensuring well-organized and engaging activities for employees.
Job Descriptions
Major Duties:
• Conduct General Affairs jobs related for daily operation of HCM Office.
• Purchase and manage the company assets and Office facilities.
• Manage the maintenance and repair for Office facilities.
• Handling of insurance administration and renewal (including claim process for Industrial All Risk)
• Company's vehicle management (including driver team) and arrange for daily operation
• PIC for all events of MMV (organized by General Affairs)
Minor Duties:
• Support in service management of Landlord for HCM Office
• Proceed Kaizen activities (process, daily operation and others)
• Outsource service management for Office operation and others
Yêu cầu
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in related fields
• Experience: Having at least 5 years experience at General Affairs or in a related area
• Knowledge: Office Administration Procedures. Company car management, Fixed asset/Facilities management. Event Organization.
• Skills: Master of microsoft office, data entry & management, problem solving skills, strong verbal/written communication skills, teamwork, analysis/reporting and presentation skills.
• Others: Sufficiently in using Modern Tools: familiarity with AI tools for scheduling/task tracking, along with platforms. Organization & Time Management
