Mô tả công việc

- Make daily accounting activities;
- Entry of expenses, supplier invoice and client invoices;
- Bank reconciliation and Inter-company reconciliation;
- Generate Income and Expense reports;
- Process paperwork and maintain accounting records accurately and timely;
- Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations;
- Assist in month-end and year-end tasks;
- Coordinate with other related departments related to business;
- Deep knowledge in Tax and Accounting;
- Make filing of return related to all kind of tax: CIT, VAT, PIT, FCT, ...
- Assist in financial statement and other management statement;
- Other tasks related Administration and HR support assigned by manager.

Yêu cầu

Knowledge and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field;
• 3+ year experience of related position;
• Solid knowledge of accounting, TAX, labor law and related law;
• Experience in tax refund is an advance;
• Experience in financial and management reports;
Skills
• Good use of accounting MISA software, computers and other working tools;
• Good communication skills in English both verbal and written;
• Active learning skills.

- Ability to keep confidential in all work performed;
- Highly organized, detail oriented, flexible, team player;
- Immediate starting.
