Mô tả công việc

Main in charge in processing agreements and other benefit packages for expats to relocate: Accommodation, Flight ticket, Transportation, other requirements;
Support booking and purchasing for staff in business trips in Vietnam and other countries;
Actively research and look for vendors providing booking service: hotel, air flight ticket, transportation, so on;
Work closely with suppliers and prepare for administrative payments
Other tasks will be assigned by direct manager.

Yêu cầu

At least 6 months of experience in booking flight tickets or hotel
Fluent in English (no English certificate is required but English level should be equivalent to IELTS 6.5)
Good communication skills
Knowledge of email, MS Office
Be responsible, trustworthy, careful and organized, agile,resourceful problem-solver
Eager to learn, detail oriented and supportive attitude.
