- Manufacturing Controlling
- Accounting of the independent branch
- Ensure compliance with the financial reporting standards, corporate policies and requirements
- Other ad hoc duties or reports as required
- Manufacturing Controlling
• Month-end closing work in relation to product costs and inventories
• Analysing production orders and cost centres
• Responsibility for standard cost calculation and variance analysis
- Accounting and Finance
• Compliance with relevant internal and external guidelines
• Tracking payments to internal and external stakeholders
• Preparing budget forecasts
• Manage all accounting transactions in the independent branch
• Posting data entry, Prepare the payment for supplier's invoices and handling of other related tasks (fixed assets/intangible assets);
• Coordinate with administrative department/staffs to inventory fixed assets
• Make monthly, quarterly and yearly operational reports for businesses such as VAT declarations, corporate income tax and prepare internal reports according to requirements of BOM.
- Recording all transactions related to the branch activities
- Assist in monthly, quarterly and Headquarter reporting requirements (Reporting Package, Tax Package)
- Liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance with local regulations for the year-end audit
- Assist in driving new system set up and current system improvement.
