Job Summary:
The primary goal of this position is to maintain the operation and operate with maximum efficiency, stability, standards, safety, and sustainability. The job holder manages all activities of the Internal Services, including the areas related to Operations Management of Buildings, Property Management, Administrative Expenditure Management, and other units within Operations Division
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
- Work with the Management to establish objectives, plan, and coordinate the execution of operations for the division or unit in charge to advance and guarantee the adequacy of the direction and best serve the business strategy operations of the project.
- Work with management to propose the standard of operation for new hospitality Department of the Office
- Create an annual action plan in accordance with the strategy and objectives as well as the Internal Service's operational budget.
- Plan the creation, execution, and oversight of adherence to the Internal Service's business policies, rules, procedures, and standards, assuring uniformity and consistency.
- Orienting, creating, and overseeing Internal service operations.
- Oversee the management, operation, and accountability of the internal service functional departments.
- To ensure capacity and service quality as needed, orientation was conducted with Department managers.
- Acting as a representative of the Internal Service in establishing and growing connections with internal partners, functional organizations, and outside partners that fall under the purview of the job.
- Propose the following concerns with the Manager/Leader of the Office in order to: Secure the resources required to ensure that the unit functions in accordance with the established objectives; Modify the assigned strategies/objectives and plans to reflect the efficacy and real work of each period.
- Control the function's headcount and costs for the human resources strategy and execution.
- Establish and communicate function and individual KPIs, goals, action plans, expectations, and outcomes to the reporting line.
- Define the capabilities of the team and facilitate team members' professional and personal development through capability assessment, training, coaching & feedback, mentoring
- Act as a role model and improve corporate culture at the level of the function.
- Perform duties as assigned by Line Manager

- Degree in Business Administration or relevant educational programs
- Understanding of areas related to management, operation of office buildings, office administration, asset management or entire operational activities in big leisure and entertainment complex or five star and above hotels, resorts.
- Experience: 3-5 years in the fields related to the management and operation
- Specific skills / abilities: Communication, interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills
- Personal qualities: Overall and detail oriente
