Mô tả công việc
Position Overview:
- The Resort Manager's mission is to be responsible for the entire Hotel operation.
- His/her scope of responsibilities covers the financial results (revenue, cost of sales, payroll & related
expenses, other expense, departmental income, gross operating income, net operating income) of the
hotel.
- He/she is also responsible for the standards of the product, service, management of human resources and
the sales and marketing strategies, goals and results.
Key Responsibilities:
General:
- The Resort Manager performs his/her duties within the framework as defined by Accor Standards or hotel
norms and internal regulations.
Administrative:
- Is responsible for the proper maintenance of all administrative and legal documents (books, staff, salaries,
medical, labor inspection, security controls, foreign manpower...)
- Is responsible for submitting in due course all accounting documents of the hotel. They should be accurate
and properly kept.
- Is responsible for the application of laws on the fields of process, human being security and safety, labor,
protection of customers, etc. should have at all time an update legal information book.
- Is responsible for maintaining all administrative procedures enforced by the General Management.
Technical:
- Is responsible for the quality of the product.
- Controls hotel technique applications by the staff.
- Chooses together with Owner the suppliers.
- Has the staff adhere to the product spirit and follows up.
- Is responsible for the application of the inspection norms established by Accor.
- Is responsible for the sales prices policy together with DOS and owner.
- Establishes the operating budget and financial forecast with owner.
- Optimizes the operating profit by permanent control of every account of the statement.
- Specially cares towards the cash flow by keeping the account receivable as low as possible as well as a
minimum stock.
- Proposes each year an investment program and justifies his options.
- Provides in due course all legal and internal documents.
- Keeps in proper shape all permanent assets of the hotel by a regular inventory and maintenance program
and the forecast of investments described in the budget and submitted to the owner.
- Keeps in perfect functioning shape all equipments by establishing a preventive maintenance program.
- Is responsible for the application of security and maintenance policies.
- Looks into decoration aspects of the hotel in order to create a pleasant atmosphere for the customers
keeping in mind the product spirit and in coordination with the advice services of the technical
management.
Commercial:
- Is responsible for the development of the business potential which he can do with the help of the regional
sales department and defines the targets.
- Establishes and proposes to the Ownera marketing plan. Sees that it is enforced.
- Is the public relation of the resort.
- In cooperation with the Director of Sales & Director of Marketing, elaborates sales & marketing strategies.
- Does the commercial correspondence and answers the written complaints and informs the owner.
- Organizes a filing of the customers and follows up.
- Is responsible for the guest's reception; plays an important part in it.
Human:
- Is responsible for the staff turnover planning, recruitment of head of departments with the approval of the
Ownerand all the employees of the hotel with the advice of the head of departments.
- Is in charge of the evolution of the career of his subordinates.
- Defines job descriptions and sets goals to each head of department.
- Is responsible for adhering to the salaries policies set on a regional basis.
- Decides rewards, sanctions and dismissals with the approval of the owner.
- Organizes appraisal and assessment meetings with the head of departments.
- Ensures that the information flow reaches all levels of hierarchy quantitatively and qualitatively.
- Organizes regularly staff information meetings during which everybody can talk.
- Looks carefully into the good coordination between all departments.
- Develops creativity and participation among his team.
- On a regional basis, participates with the GM of Human Resources in the Region to the elaboration of the
training plan for heads of departments of the hotels in the region and conducts some training session.
- Represents the group by his overall attitude towards customers and staff.

Yêu cầu
Vietnamese National with excellent English preferably with English Language Test score
• With 5+ years or more of hands-on hotel manager and/or luxury manager; min of 2 years with hotel
• Active with strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proactive attitude and the ability to multi-task and meet aggressive deadlines
