Job Description:
1. Branding and Market Positioning:
Lead all aspects of branding initiatives, ensuring a strong and consistent brand image.
Devise and execute marketing plans to increase brand visibility and awareness.
Collaborate with marketing teams to localize global marketing strategies for the Vietnamese market.
2. Business Strategy and Development:
Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy for the company in alignment with the company's global objectives.
Identify market opportunities, conduct market analysis, and formulate strategies to position the brand effectively.
Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and potential partners.
3. Operational Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high-quality standards.
Develop and implement robust operational processes tailored to the Vietnamese business landscape.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance operational effectiveness.
4. Team Leadership and Development:
