KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Identify and procure raw materials, equipments, and services required by departments
2 Conduct market research and stay updated on new product offerings, medical trends, and supplier innovations.
3 Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, availability, and reliability; maintain relationships with key vendors and negotiate contracts to secure the best value for the organization.
4 Review and renew supplier contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the organization.
5 Coordinate with departments to build
purchasing plan
6 Work with the finance team to ensure adherence to procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
7 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for audits and reporting, including purchase orders, supplier information, and financial documents.
8 Other as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience working in a Korean company.
• Understanding of the healthcare industry.
• Willing to rotate to other tasks.
