JOB DESCRIPTION
Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement sourcing strategies for ingredients from Vietnam, Taiwan, China, Korea, and local European suppliers, ensuring quality, sustainability, and cost-efficiency.
Supply Chain Optimization: Oversee the entire supply chain process, from procurement to distribution, to improve efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with global and local suppliers. Conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with TEAOLOGY's quality standards and sustainability commitments.
Inventory Management: Implement effective inventory management strategies to ensure optimal stock levels across our stores and minimize waste.
Logistics and Distribution: Manage logistics operations, including coordination with freight forwarders and transportation providers, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods across Europe.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Sustainability Initiatives: Champion sustainability within the supply chain, working towards reducing carbon footprint, promoting ethical sourcing, and enhancing the recyclability of packaging materials.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record in the food and beverage industry, preferably with international exposure.
Strong knowledge of global sourcing, logistics, inventory management, and supplier relationship management.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English, with proficiency in other European languages considered a plus.
Willingness to travel as required for supplier visits and operational oversight.
