Mô tả công việc
-Implement the strategies requested by CEO.
-Manage daily general activities in the company and report the results to CEO.
-Make strategies and propose the operating/ sales policies in the connection with the goals, development visions of the company.
-Be responsible for research and development; even marketing for the company (if any).
-Control company costs during the company operation in the long-term.
-Supervise human resources, financing, budgeting management.
-Have ability to handle general company activities properly and in time when the CEO is absent.
-Building performance revaluation system

- Major in professional business, finance.
- US or EU company career preferred.
- Fluent English communication (and Korean language is a plus).
- Ablility to foresee, solve potential issues and risks in management.
- Experiences on forecast plans, assign tasks, motivate employees in teamworks in alignment with company goals.
- Good at leadership with steadfast resolve.
- Willing to work in the start-up environment
- US or EU company career preferred.
- Fluent English communication (and Korean language is a plus).
- Ablility to foresee, solve potential issues and risks in management.
- Experiences on forecast plans, assign tasks, motivate employees in teamworks in alignment with company goals.
