Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations at the store to the highest standards
Take responsibility of inventory and ordering stuffs/ products from factory and flagship stores
Deal with customer complaints
Identify customers needs and propose strategy to improve store performance
Comply with all health and safety regulations
Report to Management regarding sales results and productivity
Work with Mall management team on behalf of company
Work with HR to interview and recruit new staffs
Arrange weekly/ monthly working schedule for staffs
Training for new staffs
Ensure team connection and resolve conflicts among team members on a timely basis
Ensure the compliance with company's policies and procedures
