Job Purpose or Summary:

Support releasing information, handling inquiries and meetings, providing feedback to management, managing shareholders book and shareholders information, support all shareholders' requests.

Main Responsibilities:

Organization and Team Management
1. Develop Legal organizational structure, job descriptions, budget to perform the company strategies/ goals; ensure periodical review or whenever necessary;
2. Develop divisional/ departmental and individual KPIs, do alignment with direct line manager and ensure the target achievement; cascade targets to subordinates by assigning KPIs, giving instructions, supporting for achieving the targets and ensuring performance appraisal as requested;
3. Build-up and develop the Legal team, organize and assign tasks, manage the team performance; implement the employees' competence evaluation and have professional development activities to fix gap between the current and expectation;
4. Deliver training of processes, procedures, work standards/ instructions to subordinates, and ensure the compliance within the delegated functions;
5. Motivate, encourage employee engagement and ensure a positive work environment;

Investor relations:
1. Advise and support meetings of the Board of Directors, General Meeting of Shareholders;
2. Collaborate with other divisions to prepare all legal documents related to Board Meetings, GMS, AGM...;
3. Work closely with Corporate Secretaries as a team and consult about procedures for meetings;
4. Manage and archive documents of the Shareholders (Shareholders Book & Shareholders contact information), ensure all Shareholders' related certificated, documents are up to date;
5. Manage and implement all Shareholders' related transactions and procedures;
6. Support all Shareholders' legal requests;
7. Support Legal Manager on relevant Shareholders/Investors' legal issues;
8. Research and update latest legal documents;
9. Other duties as assigned by Legal Manager.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor Degree
Professional major: Law
2nd language ability: Fluent English (4 skills)
Computer usage ability: Microsoft office programs
Related experiences: At least 4 years+ experience in same position, preferred retail & top FMCG companies

Essential Capabilities:

- Well versed in local law and regulations
- Familiarity and expertise in the areas of foreign investment, commercial/ trading law
- Good knowledge of court procedures
