1.Research, Update, and Management of Programming Training Programs:
Conduct research and stay updated on education trends, workforce needs, skill requirements, and technological trends in the responsible region.
Develop and update the Competency Framework for the Game Programming industry.
Research and update training programs, curriculum, syllabi, teaching materials, and teaching support tools.
Organize a system for managing training materials and ensure proper storage.
2.Organize Training Activities and Quality Management:
Collaborate with other departments to plan course offerings, create schedules for students and instructors, ensuring smooth operation of classes.
Ensure instructors adhere to the curriculum and training processes.
Manage and address feedback from students related to the quality of instruction.
Conduct quality checks on teaching, assess instructor quality, report assessment results, and provide periodic recommendations.
Ensure the quality of the industry-specific training and the quality of graduates.
Reach out to and invite lecturers, experts, speakers in the field of Game Programming to participate in opening ceremonies, workshops, events, and teaching.
Address inquiries from students/parents regarding the training program, training quality, including content, training methods, and instructors.
3.Organize Studio Activities:
Establish connections and collaborate with businesses, organizations, units, and communities to acquire projects for implementation in the studio.
Search for and develop a team of mentors.
Set up a list of Capstone projects, allocate projects to students and mentors, and monitor the progress of Capstone projects.
Ensure the completion of Capstone projects and deploy them for partners to submit projects to the institute.
