1. Teaching:
- Mainly in charge of teaching all classes aasigned at the centre online or on-site according to Logiscool Method
- Be responsible for the learning success of students and ensure they reach their learning goals by following the Logiscool Method
- Do the demos and other center activites as required
2. Academic management:
- Do the online Logiscool training and attend any extra training required by the School Academic Supervisor (SAS) or
Academic Manager (AM).
- Prepare and plan extra class activities, perform tasks before and after class
- Regularly check and maintain the core Logiscool materials and the teachers' tools.
3. Students and parents' engagement:
- Ensure to know their students well, maintain a close relationship, guide them on good study habits, and keep them highly engaged so all students achieve their goals.
- Ensure your students are happy with their classes, learning environment, and ensure parents are satisfied with their kids' learning progress by soliciting and acting on feedback, encouraging re-enrollment opportunities
- Deliver parents touchpoint appointments in person or online to ensure parents are up-to-date of their child's positive progression and address any academic concerns from parents to recommend a clear upcoming learning roadmap
- Escalate any issue with parents or students to the SAS as required to have the problem treated, and the parents/students' concern mitigated.
4. Collaboration in the school:
- Ensure good collaboration between Academics and Sales by supporting each other in regards to parents, students related matters as well as center's activities
- Support SAS to maintain good classroom setup and teaching materials management
- Welcome prospects to the school when the Sales Team is busy or absent.
Education: College/ University, Bachelor degree in IT educational or Technical background. Pedagogical certificate complied with the Vietnam Ministry of Education.
Languages: Strong communication, presentation and research skills.
Experience:
- At least 1 year of teaching experience in coding and robotics or the same position.
- Solid understanding of the programming languages and tools taught at the school, such as Python, C++, Unity, Minecraft modding, Scratch, Roblox scripting...
- Familiar with educational software or tech tools that may be used to manage classes.
- Passionate about learning and professional development, enjoy a dynamic, professional, and fun approach to work
- Energetic, cheerful, friendly, and professional
- Awareness of trends in coding for children and youth.
- Availability: Full time (28 hr) - Mainly Weekday evenings and weekends.
