About The Role
We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern to join our Recruitment Service Business Vietnam team. The mission of this role is to identify and qualify high-quality leads for our recruitment services. You will play a crucial role in the initial stages of our sales process, engaging potential clients, and nurturing relationships to drive business growth.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Acquiring and Qualifying Leads:
Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone calls to understand their recruitment needs.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine the suitability of our services for their requirements.
2. Introduction of Services:
Provide concise and compelling introductions to our recruitment services, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.
3. CRM Management:
Utilize HubSpot to manage daily activities, including lead tracking and sales pipeline management.
REQUIREMENTS
Who We Are Looking For
Open to applicants from final-year students and recent graduates.
Proficient and confident in delivering sales, particularly over phone calls and messages.
Target-driven individuals: Focus on delivering high-quality results with a keen eye on achieving targets.
