Mô tả công việc
RESPONSIBILITY
Being first contact points for HR related topics in BGSJ and giving support to local hires and expats as well as working with relevant internal functions and external vendors to fulfill the business requirements. Working location shall be at BGSV, Vietnam.
Expat Management
- Comprehensively manage and coordinate international assignment arrangement (e.g., accommodation, visa, work permit, cargo) for expats assigned to Japan in accordance to the approved process and timeline.
- Make payment to relevant vendors and follow up afterward.
- Conduct virtually onboarding for new comers.
- Proceed repatriation process for leaving expats.
- Creating and briefing Expat Salary Calculation to expats before the assignment according to Bosch Central Directives.
C&B/ Payroll Operations
- Manage master data of employees in administrative systems.
- Employement contract management.
- Comprehensively manage payroll operations and deliver successfully salary payment to employees on monthly basis.
- Take lead of Annual Salary Review activities
- Take care internal and external audits.
- Provide necessary personnel data/ reports to controlling or other supporting functions based on business needs.
- Make accrual expenses for controlling purposes.
- Other relevant tasks

Yêu cầu
- 3+ years work experience, preferably in Compensation, Expat Management and another area of HR, Finance or related fields.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues and solutions to multiple organizational levels.
- Proactively interacts with stakeholders to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion.
- Strong time management abilities including the proven ability to independently prioritize work and multi-task.
- Strong process orientation and a solid understanding of business context, methodologies and best practices preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and process mapping applications.
- Business acumen, including critical thinking, problem solving, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with tax knowledge and database management systems will be a big plus.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues and solutions to multiple organizational levels.
