Responsibilities
Drive the launch of new Partner Programs to the partner ecosystem by liaising with cross-functional leads from Sales, Product, Pricing, Legal, Finance, Product Engineering, Operations, Global Business Practices, Order Management, Marketing, PR, and Professional Services teams.
Create, launch, and execute on an ongoing global partner community strategy.
Ensure new Initiative and Community launch readiness for partners. Coordinate planning and post-launch monitoring, oversee dependencies, manage project issues/risks, and facilitate escalations when needed.
Execute a comprehensive partner activation plan to support ongoing program Initiative and Community execution, and track key milestones.
Leverage data from partners and sales feedback to continuously improve and maintain the Initiative and Community resources shared in the Partner Advantage portal.

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
15 years of experience in enterprise technology
5 years of experience with consumption-based business models
5 years of experience in program management, program operations, and program design
5 years of experience in partner management, partner development, or channel sales roles
Preferred qualifications:
15 years of experience in technology
7 years of experience in program design, product launches, documentation, or change management
Experience managing, implementing, and successfully executing complex product or program roll-outs and cross-functional initiatives
Experience in program, community, or product launch readiness
Ability to phase and plan multi-quarter projects with exceptional attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements and project manage large, strategic, and operational initiatives with little to no guidance from management

You will explore existing programs, initiatives, specializations, and look to enhance, improve and in some cases redesign those areas to build a simple, scalable, globally consistent experience for Partners within the Google Cloud Partner Ecosystem.
You'll require working with Partner Operations and Product Engineering functions to automate and simplify the processes underlying these programs to ensure they scale with Google Cloud's rocketship growth.
