SCOPE
The TTI Global Resource Manager is responsible for supervising the operational functions of the Global Resource Center in Hanoi to ensure a timely and accurate response to multiple stakeholders, including, but not limited to branch sales and Corporate Product. While primary focus will be on stakeholders within Mainland China, the organization will also serve as a backup to other global TTI locations.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Effectively supervises team members by assigning and delegating accountabilities, and by providing ongoing instruction.
• Responsible for hiring qualified staff, utilizing effective communication and motivational techniques, providing ongoing performance management and by providing effective training and development.
• Ensures GRC Hanoi team is informed and up to date on all current procedures.
• Ensures the optimal operation of the GRC Hanoi
• Support function by developing and implementing all processes and procedures.
• Continually evaluates processes and procedures to improve function efficiency.
• Establishes and implements annual department goals with a focus on continuous improvement.
Yêu cầu
• Position must have Experience in customer service in shared services. Four or more years working in electronics distribution with exposure to the operational function. Experience of 3 or more years, managing personnel that reports directly.
• Requires any Bachelor's degree.
• External: Min 3 years direct supervision/management exp.
• Requires 10+ years of experience.
• Bilingual - Written & Verbal Proficiency in Mandarin/English.
• Demonstrated proficiency in the following Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Demonstrated track record of building confidence and credibility with external customers.
• Knowledge of Vietnam laws practices and procedures.
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong listening skills.
• Exhibits strong interpersonal/teamwork skills in order to build effective working relationships.
• Possesses a strong customer service orientation in order to respond needs in a timely manner.
• Exhibits strong organizational and multi-tasking skills in order to handle multiple, competing priorities and duties (planned and unplanned).
