Mô tả công việc

● Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
● Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
● Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
● Present our company to potential clients
● Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
● Build long-term trusting relationships with clients and enhance customer satisfaction
● Set up demo/ e-meeting between (prospective) clients and Account Managers
● Accurately enter, update, and maintain daily activity and prospect information in CRM systems
● Stay informed about market trends, industry news, and competitive products to effectively communicate our value proposition

Yêu cầu

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
● At least 6 months of experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field is advantageous.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage and build rapport quickly.
● Familiarity with at least one of CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, or Hubspot preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or G-Suite is preferred.
● Excellent organizational and time management skills
. ● Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
● Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
● Resilient and persistent in cold-calling and handling rejection.
● Quick learner with a passion for sales.
● Team player with high level of dedication.
● Excellence proficiency in English and familiarity with North American culture is preferred.
● Available to work in Pacific Standard or Eastern Standard time zone
