At Nefab, we save both financial and environmental resources in our customers' supply chains with smart packaging and logistic solutions. We are currently looking for fresh graduated students with a passion for supply chains and global environments.
As a Global Trainee at Nefab, you will:
• Join training and onboarding sessions: you will get all the support that you need to start working at our site in Vietnam.
• Join broad introduction at Nefab headquarter in Sweden, where you will meet and work close to our top management and be involved in challenging projects.
• Involve in a 3-month international assignment in one of Nefab regions (North America, Europe or Asia), having an opportunity to gain cross-cultural experience and expand your network.
Throughout the program, you will be supported by one of our experienced mentors, your direct manager and of course, a network of other trainees.
After the program, you will initially be part of the organization in Vietnam, location in Bac Ninh or Dong Nai. Your profile should be preferable towards Operations / Project Management or Sales / Business Development. Regardless of your position, you will through close collaboration with other departments and colleagues across the world provide value to our global customers and ensure that targets are reached.
