Implement new features for CAKE - Digital Bank
Maintain and deploy microservices written in Go Lang (Majority of the work will be done in GoLang, however we have services and component that are developed in other languages/platforms as well)
Design and build secured, high performance, scalable, maintainable back-end components.
Analyze the requirement from product backlogs, collaborate through SCRUM model.
Provide written forms of knowledge transfer materials, documentations.
Maintain and improve existing codebases and peer review code changes.
Think larger and deeper as engineers and propose your own ways to produce the best software products.
Be responsible and always be engaging in the team.
Be on top of the work and be the expert in your own area. Be able to answer all types of questions related to the product you developed.
Have the fighting spirits for cleaning Technical Debts.
Conduct hands-on functional, and system Integration testing; report, track and follow up on issues in a timely manner.

BS/MS in Computer Science or other related Degrees
Have a track record of designing, developing, and implementing complex, low-latency, and preferably transaction-based/B2C, mobile applications and/or web services.
Expert knowledge in Go Lang is a must (other platforms such as NodeJS, Python, Java are bonuses).
Experience with SQL and relational databases as well as No-SQL.
Experience of working with microservices
Experience of event driven architecture
Experience with fintech products such as Core Banking, Payment, Wallet is a big bonus.
Made major contributions to the design/architecture of one or more projects.
Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
Experience working on End to End testing

Junior: 700-1200$/ Negotiable according to capacity
Senior: 1200- 2500$/ Negotiable according to capacity
13th month salary + project-based bonus + soft bonus based on work performance
Reviewing salary increase 2 times/year according to work performance
Participating in diverse projects, developing and applying the latest technologies.

In addition to monthly salary, allowances for certificates in Japanese, ISTQB, AWS, Salesforce ... will from 1-5 million/month.
