About the RoleMIDAS is looking for a driven Google Ads Specialist to directly manage, operate, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for e-commerce websites targeting the US/UK markets. In this role, you will be fully accountable for advertising performance-ranging from campaign setup and conversion tracking to cost efficiency and revenue scaling.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Set up, configure, and optimize Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
Keyword & Structure Strategy: Conduct keyword research and build conversion-funnel campaign structures tailored to international markets.
Product Feed Maintenance: Ensure regular maintenance and high quality of product feeds.
Conversion Tracking: Implement and maintain precise conversion tracking systems (Purchase, Add to Cart, etc.) to prevent data leakage.
Daily Performance Monitoring: Track and optimize core metrics daily, including CTR, CPC, CPA, CVR, and ROAS.
Funnel & Budget Optimization: Analyze customer journeys to adjust bidding strategies and allocate budgets across different funnel stages.
A/B Testing: Run continuous experiments on ad copy, headlines, and landing pages.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Content and Landing Page teams to improve conversion rates and checkout performance.
Reporting: Deliver regular weekly/monthly performance reports and propose long-term optimization strategies.
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience running Google Ads for E-commerce (experience in US/UK or SEA markets is a strong plus).
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on, in-depth experience in Google Ads management.
Solid understanding of conversion measurement and optimization based on customer journey analysis.
Good working knowledge of e-commerce website operations.
Bonus: Prior experience running ads in the POD (Print-on-Demand) industry.
Proactive mindset, resilience under data pressure, high sense of accountability, and excellent deadline management.
Salary & Benefits
Base Salary: 10,000,000 - 15,000,000 VND / month.
Total Earnings: 12,000,000 - 30,000,000+ VND (Performance-based, uncapped incentives).
Salary reviews every 6 to 12 months based on capability.
Directly manage ad budgets of up to 500,000,000 VND/month.
