Victoria's Secret & Co. is offering Graduate Trainee Program based in Hanoi, Vietnam. This is a unique two-year program for students to obtain firsthand experience working for this world-famous brand and learn from our industry's top talents.

1st year & 2nd year: Specialized in the Technical Design function to focus on building foundational technical skills, as well as to gain a holistic overview of company operations through close interactions with different key functions.
Throughout the 2 years: On top of on-the-job technical training, we also provide soft skills development opportunities including buddy support, presentations for senior leaders and regular touch-bases with mentor.
After the Program: We will confirm placement to those who demonstrated strong capability, high potential, and full commitment to Technologist position at our company.
