Location: 2nd Floor, 218 Nguyen Van Huong St. An Khanh Ward. HCMC.
Terms: Permanent Full Time (2 months' probation)
Office Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday
Some overlap with U.S. Eastern Time working hours is required.
Salary/rate: Negotiable
Requirements: Travelling to various factories occasionally.

Overview the role:
We are looking for an experienced Graphic + Web Designer based in Vietnam. You will support our marketing team by creating designs for our website and other digital and printed materials.
You will report directly to our Head of Marketing Operations and work remotely with our marketing team in the United States.
We are looking for someone who understands luxury design, can follow creative direction, and pays close attention to details. You should be able to create attractive designs that are also clear and easy for customers to use.
Regular communication with our U.S. East Coast team.
Responsibilities:
• Create designs that match our luxury brand style.
• Design website pages, banners, product graphics, emails, social media posts, and digital ads.
• Design printed materials, including catalogues, postcards, product sheets, guides and packaging.
• Create clear, easy-to-use website designs for desktop and mobile.
• Edit product and lifestyle photos.
• Resize designs for different platforms and formats.
• Support simple video, motion graphics, and AI-created content when needed.
• Prepare files for websites, printers, and vendors.
• Organize design files and complete projects on time.
• Work with the U.S. team and make changes based on feedback.
