Job title: Graphic and Web Designer
Location: 2nd Floor, 218 Nguyen Van Huong St. An Khanh Ward. HCMC.
Terms: Permanent Full Time (2 months' probation)
Office Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday
Some overlap with U.S. Eastern Time working hours is required.
Salary/rate: Negotiable
Requirements: Travelling to various factories occasionally.

Overview the role:
We are looking for an experienced Graphic + Web Designer based in Vietnam. You will support our marketing team by creating designs for our website and other digital and printed materials.
You will report directly to our Head of Marketing Operations and work remotely with our marketing team in the United States.
We are looking for someone who understands luxury design, can follow creative direction, and pays close attention to details. You should be able to create attractive designs that are also clear and easy for customers to use.
Regular communication with our U.S. East Coast team.
Responsibilities:
• Create designs that match our luxury brand style.
• Design website pages, banners, product graphics, emails, social media posts, and digital ads.
• Design printed materials, including catalogues, postcards, product sheets, guides and packaging.
• Create clear, easy-to-use website designs for desktop and mobile.
• Edit product and lifestyle photos.
• Resize designs for different platforms and formats.
• Support simple video, motion graphics, and AI-created content when needed.
• Prepare files for websites, printers, and vendors.
• Organize design files and complete projects on time.
• Work with the U.S. team and make changes based on feedback.

Yêu cầu
• A strong portfolio showing graphic, web, digital, and print design work.
• Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Good knowledge of typography, layout, colour, branding, and website design.
• Experience designing for desktop and mobile.
• Strong attention to detail and good organization skills.
• Ability to manage several projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and receive direct feedback.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Comfortable working independently with a remote U.S. team.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience.
• Experience in common web design and development languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript is preferable.
• High level of attention to details and creative flair
• Fluent in spoken and written English. Third language is a plus, plus
• Intermediate to advanced experience in Microsoft Office 365, including SharePoint, MS Team.
• Strong ability to problem solves in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and professional manner.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills including: the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels and message appropriately and the ability to readily work across multiple departments in a collaborative manner.
Qualifications for the job
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Interactive Media/Multimedia or related field.
Experience:
2-4 years of creative related experience preferred.
Helpful but Not Required
• Experience with luxury, fashion, interior design, furniture, or home décor brands.
• Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
• Skills in photo editing, video, animation, motion graphics, or AI creative tools.
• Experience preparing files for printing and packaging.
• Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
