Technical Skills and Tools
• Product Design Tools: Proficient in Figma (primary) or Sketch and Adobe XD; capable of creating interactive prototypes and design component libraries.
• Graphic and Video Tools: Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere/CapCut (Pro), and After Effects.
• Preferred Tools: Familiarity with Cinema 4D/Blender (3D), Principle/ProtoPie (motion), DaVinci (color grading), and understanding of AI tools like Midjourney/Stable Diffusion.
Core Competencies
• Full-stack Design Capability: Possess end-to-end visual production and control capabilities from "Product UI → Marketing Visuals → Video Content".
• UX Mindset: Ability to design clear and smooth interaction flows from a user perspective, rather than just aesthetic enhancement.
• Data-driven and Business Acumen: Understand core e-commerce metrics (GMV, CR, CTR) and content metrics (retention, engagement) to effectively drive business growth through design.
• Project Management and Communication: Efficiently manage multi-threaded tasks, clearly express design concepts, and collaborate closely with product, operations, and development teams.
Other requirements
• At least 3 years of experience working as a Graphic
designer in the E-Commerce industry.
• Native Vietnamese speaker; Fluent in English or Chinese (Chinese-speaking candidates preferred).
