Graphic Designer (Full-time Freelancer)

Xanh Marketing is looking for a Graphic Designer (Full-time Freelancer) who is curious about the world and thriving to win.
A. What you will do:
Campaign execution:
Coordinate with Account and Content Creator to receive briefs from clients specializing in the Household equipment industry.
Research industry design trends and develop new skills to propose innovative ideas.
Responsible for ideation, implementation, and revision of assigned graphic designs for digital platforms
Sketch/Have conceptualization skills with the ability to explain the strategy behind the design.
Ensure the final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and consistent with the brand guideline.
B. What you need:
At least 1-2 years of professional experience working as a Designer or equivalent portfolio.
Highly skilled in the use of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Strong understanding of design principle: graphic design, typography, and layout,...
Strong artistic aptitudes, ability to draw.
Good problem-solving, organizational, communication, interpersonal.
Knowledge of office software such as Excel or Google Sheets.
C. Will be a PLUS:
Degrees in Design, Fine Arts or related fields.
Knowledge of video editing, motion graphics (Adobe After Effect, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.); or wireframe & UI creation tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.).
