Graphic Designer (Marketing)

Job Summary
51Talk Vietnam is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our marketing and branding initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content across digital and offline channels, helping strengthen our brand presence and drive customer acquisition.
You will collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop compelling creative assets for social media, performance marketing campaigns, events, and video content tailored to the Vietnamese market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media & Brand Design
• Design creative assets for 51Talk Vietnam's social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Zalo, and other local channels.
• Produce social media posts, carousels, stories, thumbnails, banners, and campaign visuals.
• Develop reusable visual templates to maintain brand consistency across always-on content.
• Design creative materials supporting student success stories, parent education, teacher quality, English learning tips, trial class promotions, and branding campaigns.
• Ensure all designs align with 51Talk brand guidelines while adapting to Vietnamese market preferences.
• Collaborate with the Content and Social Media team to transform marketing ideas into engaging visual content.
2. Performance Marketing Design
• Create digital advertising creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google Display Network, YouTube, landing pages, and other acquisition channels.
• Design static banners, animated creatives, and short promotional videos for performance campaigns.
• Optimize creative assets based on campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPL, CPA, and lead quality.
• Localize advertising creatives for different target audiences, including parents, children, and education-focused users.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to improve campaign engagement and conversion performance.
3. Video Editing & Content Production
• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Facebook Reels, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Produce marketing videos including student testimonials, trial class highlights, teacher introductions, campaign promotions, and event recap videos.
• Add subtitles, motion graphics, transitions, music, sound effects, and call-to-action elements.
• Support basic photography and video shooting for company events, offline activations, and local content production when required.
4. KOL/KOC & User-Generated Content Support
• Create and edit visual assets for KOL, KOC, parent testimonial, and student success story campaigns.
• Repurpose influencer-generated content into marketing and advertising materials.
• Ensure all KOL/KOC creative assets comply with brand guidelines and communication standards.
5. Campaign & Event Design
• Design key visuals and promotional materials for marketing campaigns and offline events.
• Produce posters, flyers, standees, roll-ups, booth graphics, backdrops, certificates, vouchers, name tags, and merchandise designs.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with printing vendors when necessary.
• Support on-site photography, videography, and event recap content.
• Ensure all event materials are visually appealing, locally relevant, and consistent with brand identity.
