Graphic Designer (Salary up to 1000$/month)

1. Media Design & Branding:

a. Design digital media (app promotion material, social media, online advertising, video, animation, website) and print media (rider attire, POSM, brand identity, packaging, Studio product, billboard) with our own assets: font and mascot

b. Ensure consistency of brand identity and create consistent visual assets according to brand guidelines across customer touchpoints

c. Research industry design trends and develop new skills to propose innovative ideas.

2. Internal Design & Branding:

d. Collaborate closely with all departments to create visual strategies and high-quality deliverables appropriate for each departments' purpose;

e. Collaborate closely with the HR, Admin, People team to plan and design materials (e.g., training material, event, welcome kit, email, calendar, etc.) for internal branding;

f. Explain creative ideas and present design concepts with strong communication skills.

3. Project Leading:

g. Lead large projects with multiple designers and manage timelines;

h. Guide and mentor other Designers on daily assignments and long-term projects;

i. Work closely with the Design Manager to communicate Design Center's goals to the team.

4. Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
