DESIGNER - FIGMA

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Graphic Designer with strong Figma skills to join our creative team and work on digital and social media projects for various brands.
Key Responsibilities
Design digital materials primarily using Figma, including:
Social media posts
Facebook/Instagram/TikTok banners
Website & landing page banners
E-commerce banners
Key Visual adaptations
Promotional & campaign materials
Develop designs based on creative briefs, brand guidelines and campaign concepts.
Adapt master designs into different formats, sizes and platforms while maintaining visual consistency.
Organize and maintain clean, structured Figma files, including frames, components, styles and assets.
Collaborate with Account, Content and Creative teams to ensure designs meet both creative and client requirements.
Revise and finalize designs based on internal and client feedback.
Prepare and export final artwork/assets in the required specifications.
Support other graphic design tasks when required.
REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in Figma - this is a key requirement.
Good understanding of layout, typography, color, composition and visual hierarchy.
Experience in designing social media and
digital marketing materials.
Able to work with multiple formats and resize/adapt designs efficiently.
Familiar with Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator is an advantage.
Able to understand creative briefs and translate ideas into clear visual executions.
Detail-oriented with good file-management habits.
Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in an agency environment.
Open to feedback and comfortable working through multiple revision rounds.
Experience working with beauty, FMCG, lifestyle or e-commerce brands is a plus.

Candidates are required to submit a portfolio demonstrating:
Figma-based design work
Social media/digital campaigns
Key Visuals and adaptations
Banner design
Examples of different formats developed from one master visual
