Graphic Designer (Sử dụng Figma)

REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in Figma - this is a key requirement.
Good understanding of layout, typography, color, composition and visual hierarchy.
Experience in designing social media and digital marketing materials.
Able to work with multiple formats and resize/adapt designs efficiently.
Familiar with Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator is an advantage.
Able to understand creative briefs and translate ideas into clear visual executions.
Detail-oriented with good file-management habits.
Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in an agency environment.
Open to feedback and comfortable working through multiple revision rounds.
Experience working with beauty, FMCG, lifestyle or e-commerce brands is a plus.
PORTFOLIO
Candidates are required to submit a portfolio demonstrating:
Figma-based design work
Social media/digital campaigns
Key Visuals and adaptations
Banner design
Examples of different formats developed from one master visual
Please include a Figma link where possible.

Someone who is not only able to "use Figma", but can work efficiently and systematically on Figma - creating organized files that make collaboration, feedback, adaptation and handover easy for the whole team.
