Mô tả công việc

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with the marketing team to create visual content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals
Develop and execute creative concepts for a variety of projects, including social media graphics, website design, print materials, and more
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for visual content
Coordinate with Marketing department staff to implement communication designs and business strategies
Maintain brand consistency across all visual content
Design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements, and other communication materials
Utilize design softwares, including Adobe's Creative Suite-including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and more to create high-quality graphics and designs.
Create or incorporate illustrations, pictures, and designs to reflect the desired theme and tone of the communications.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
Accept feedback from the marketing team and make necessary changes to designs.
Stay up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies
Review final productions for errors and ensure that final prints reflect client specifications.

Yêu cầu

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
2 years of experience in graphic design
Strong knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong design skills with a portfolio that demonstrates creativity and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the marketing team and other stakeholders
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Passion for graphic design and desire to learn and grow in the field
