Graphic Designer

Job Description
Design and create enticing graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, eLearning, websites, marketing demos, etc.)
Prepare design plan, concept and layout for graphic project.
Create and deliver graphics in various media .
Work with art and creative teams to understand project scope and objectives.
Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc for graphic design.
Work with editors, producers and other designers to resolve technical and/or design issues.
Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create graphics.
Assist in designing and creating storyboards.
Participate in a brainstorming session to share new design perspectives and ideas.
Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of graphic files.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge about latest graphic design techniques.
Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards.
Requirement
Strong technical skills and proven ability to use a variety of software (After Effect, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustration...).
The ability to partner with other creative team members and key stakeholders to create content used across a variety of platforms (web, mobile, video, and more).
Able to work in a fast paced environment.
Meet with clients, internal and external, to understand needs and share ideas.
Be a great communicator, receive and interpret feedback, and meet tight deadlines.
Respond to user feedback, data/analytics, and client feedback to improve the creative work in future iterations.
