Graphic Designer

Brancher.X Vietnam (former Havas Vietnam) - one of the fastest-growing Media Agencies, is looking for a talented Graphic Designer.
Working location: 369B-C Le Quang Dinh Street, Networld Asia Building, 05 Ward, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City
Working time: Monday to Friday, 8h30 AM - 6h00 PM (including 1,5 hours for lunch break)
Job Descriptions:
Design high-quality 2D and 3D graphics, animations, and video content specifically for BTL campaigns, event activations, and Point of Sale Materials (POSM) to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
Develop POSM assets (such as posters, banners, shelf displays, standees) that align with brand guidelines and are optimized for retail environments.
Edit and enhance video content, applying color correction, sound design, and visual effects to ensure top-quality deliverables.
Create multimedia assets for activations and POSM, including digital displays, interactive elements, and other promotional content.
Collaborate with event planning and production teams to ensure all design outputs meet project requirements and deadlines.
Work closely with creative directors and account teams to understand project goals and design specifications, providing impactful multimedia solutions.
Coordinate the production and delivery process with internal and external teams, ensuring timely and efficient execution of designs and materials.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
Proven experience in 2D/3D design, POSM creation, video editing, and BTL or event-focused multimedia production.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Blender, or similar software.
A strong portfolio highlighting multimedia and POSM projects for event activation or retail display.
Creative problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects, work under tight deadlines, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
Strong organizational skills and project management capabilities.
