Position Summary
We're looking for a resourceful and forward-thinking Graphic
Designer to join our B2B manufacturing marketing team. In this role, you'll be creating design solutions across print and digital touchpoints for technical HVAC and plumbing products, working with everything from detailed product catalogs to trade advertising campaigns. You'll work independently with strategic oversight, managing projects from concept through production while collaborating with our US-based creative and marketing teams.
Responsibilities & Duties
• Design and produce product catalogs, technical specification sheets, and marketing collateral that translate complex product features into clear, compelling visuals for contractor and distributor audiences
• Create print advertising materials including trade magazine ads, flyers, and point-of-sale displays
• Develop packaging artwork and product documentation that balances technical accuracy with brand consistency
• Collaborate with product marketing and channel marketing teams to understand product positioning and campaign objectives
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept development through final production files
• Proactively problem-solve design challenges and seek solutions independently, escalating only when necessary
• Explore and implement AI tools to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and accelerate design iterations
• Prepare print-ready files and consult with vendors to ensure quality output.
• Bsc in in Graphic Design or any related field.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• At least 5 years of graphic design experience in B2B environments, preferably with technical products or industrial manufacturing
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Productivity Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Proven experience designing product catalogs, technical documentation, and print advertising materials
• Strong understanding of design for both highly technical and marketing-focused audiences
• Strategic thinking ability-you understand the "why" behind design decisions and can align creative work with business objectives
• Self-starter mentality with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently across time zones
• Experience or demonstrated enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools to enhance design efficiency and explore new creative possibilities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines while maintaining creative excellence
• Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
• Ability to occasionally adjust working schedule to meet with supervisor or team remotely on US Central Standard Time, and as appropriate, be able to spend 2 and up to 3 weeks in the US for onboarding/training.
