- Update and record the information of new styles such as sample submission, approval & comment. Study the tech pack & other given information carefully, clarify with Head of Department if any discrepancy before moving to next step. Always keep a reference sample in the entire sample stages for all the styles, ensure the proper records when issuing reference sample to other departments.
- Attend the pre-sample risk analyse meeting & make sure that critical points are highlighted for preventive actions.
- Ensure that all necessary points highlighted at pre-production meeting are implemented.
- Prepare the first pattern through the final production pattern including grading. Ensure necessary guidelines are mentioned on the pattern (including grain line, cut marks, placements & others).
- Provide necessary technical information to Sample Team Member.
- Analyse discrepancies between before & after wash measurement. Find out the necessary adjustment prior to bulk cutting stage by working with related departments in terms of shrinkage of the printing, embroidery, pressing & fusing.
- Be responsible for all the placement patterns including embellishment, finishing patterns.
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
