• Design
digital marketing materials: social media key visuals, posts, infographics, and digital banners.
• Create brand and marketing materials: posters, banners, standees, brochures, backdrops, POSM in alignment with brand guidelines.
• Develop clean, well-structured layouts for slide decks, brochures, and documents; optimize spacing, hierarchy, and readability.
• Analyze creative briefs and translate them into visual concepts aligned with communication objectives.
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all visual touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to visualize content across multiple channels.
• Design materials for school events and internal communications.
• Prepare production-ready files for both print and digital formats (e.g., dpi, bleed, technical formatting).
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design or relevant roles.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates layout skills and creative visual thinking.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
• Strong aesthetic sense and a solid understanding of layout, color, and typography.
• Experience in social media design and brand communications.
• Ability to shoot and edit short-form videos.
• Proactive in suggesting creative ideas and optimizing designs for various projects.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Detail-oriented, receptive to feedback, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the Marketing team.
