Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic
Designer to join Circus Digital. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a strong track record of producing high-quality, impactful, and memorable visual materials for a wide range of clients and industries.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute graphic design concepts, strategies, and ideas for a variety of advertising materials, including print, digital, and multimedia
Work closely with the creative team to develop integrated campaigns that deliver on client objectives
Create visually appealing and effective designs that communicate the intended message and meet the client's needs
Present and defend creative work to internal teams and clients
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques
Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Continuously improve design skills through self-directed learning and professional development opportunities
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer in an advertising agency
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including print, digital, and multimedia
Excellent design skills, including typography, color theory, and composition
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to think creatively and come up with unique, impactful design solutions
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
