Responsibilities

Daily:

Monitor accounts & collaborate with EXO accounting teams regarding incoming payments
Handle operations with traditional banks & fintech providers (Currenxie, Flywire, WEX, Aspire)
Recording transactions timely and accurately
Generate virtual credit cards as requested
Monitor credit card usage & available limits
Manage Group bank balances by allocating Group funds across accounts

Weekly:

Reconciliation of credit card payments through payment gateway (Flywire)
Action commission payments twice a month
Plan for InterCo settlement to companies within the Group

Monthly:

Extract credit card statements & obtain relevant information from card holders
Ensure all transactions recorded & maintained in the system
Subsequently prepare monthly bank reconciliations
Prepare summary of InterCo reconciliation at month-end & ensure balances confirmed
Support the month-end closing process with Accounting Manager of EXO Singapore

Qualifications

Bachelor/Postgraduate in Accounting & Finance
Candidate with at least 3 years experience
Significant experience of similar tasks
Experience with VCC's & Fintech solutions an advantage
Good command of written & spoken English
Interest and/or experience in the travel industry
Understanding of sustainability and responsible tourism is a plus.
