Mô tả công việc

Position Overview:
EXO Group Finance team is looking for a Banking & Treasury Accountant to join their dynamic team in Vietnam. This is a great opportunity to be part of professional working environment in a growing multinational corporation.
Responsibilities:
Daily:
• Monitor accounts & collaborate with EXO accounting teams regarding incoming payments
• Handle operations with traditional banks & fintech providers (Currenxie, Flywire, WEX, Aspire)
• Recording transactions timely and accurately
• Generate virtual credit cards as requested
• Monitor credit card usage & available limits
• Manage Group bank balances by allocating Group funds across accounts
Weekly:
• Reconciliation of credit card payments through payment gateway (Flywire)
• Action commission payments twice a month
• Plan for InterCo settlement to companies within the Group
Monthly:
• Extract credit card statements & obtain relevant information from card holders
• Ensure all transactions recorded & maintained in the system
• Subsequently prepare monthly bank reconciliations
• Prepare summary of InterCo reconciliation at month-end & ensure balances confirmed
• Support the month-end closing process with Accounting Manager of EXO Singapore

Yêu cầu

Qualifications:
• Bachelor/Postgraduate in Accounting & Finance
• Candidate with at least 3 years experience
• Significant experience of similar tasks
• Experience with VCC's & Fintech solutions an advantage
• Good command of written & spoken English
• Interest and/or experience in the travel industry
• Understanding of sustainability and responsible tourism is a plus.

• Critical thinking & problem-solving skills
• Dynamic and willing to learn with a positive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure & prioritize tasks
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Be able to suggest improved ways of working to positively impact people's life and the environment.
